Ardunan Services, Inc. DBA The Ardunan Village respects your right to request the deletion of personal data. This page explains how individuals may request deletion of personal information processed by The Ardunan Village in connection with its services, systems, and authorized third-party platform integrations.


1. Scope

These Data Deletion Instructions apply to personal data processed by The Ardunan Village, including data accessed or processed through:

  • The Ardunan Village website(s) and services

  • Internal systems and automation workflows (including n8n)

  • Authorized third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to:

    • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram)

    • LinkedIn Corporation

    • Google / YouTube

    • X Corp. (formerly Twitter)

    • TikTok

    • Other social media, content, analytics, or publishing platforms where Ardunan Village operates authorized integrations


These instructions apply only to data processed by The Ardunan Village. They do not govern data independently controlled by third-party platforms.


2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data processed by Ardunan Village, please email:

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with the data

  • The platform or service involved (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, The Ardunan Village website)

  • A brief description of the data you are requesting to be deleted


Providing complete information helps us process your request efficiently.


3. Identity Verification

To protect privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may need to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Verification may include confirmation of email ownership or account association.


4. Processing Timeline

  • We will acknowledge your request within a reasonable timeframe

  • Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required due to legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations


5. Data That May Be Retained

In certain circumstances, The Ardunan Village may retain limited information where necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws or regulations

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, or audit records

Any retained data will be limited in scope and duration and handled in accordance with applicable law.


6. Platform-Specific Notes

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

If you have interacted with The Ardunan Village via Meta platforms, you may also submit data deletion requests directly through Meta’s account and privacy tools. Ardunan Village will honor valid deletion requests for data processed through Meta APIs in accordance with platform permissions.

LinkedIn

If you have interacted with The Ardunan Village through LinkedIn, you may manage or delete your data directly through LinkedIn’s privacy and account settings. The Ardunan Village will process deletion requests for data accessed via LinkedIn APIs where applicable.

YouTube (Google)

If you have interacted with The Ardunan Village via YouTube, data associated with your account may also be managed or deleted through Google’s privacy controls. The Ardunan Village will delete any data it processes through authorized YouTube or Google APIs upon valid request.

X (formerly Twitter)

If you have interacted with The Ardunan Village via X, you may manage or delete your data through X’s privacy and account settings. The Ardunan Village will honor valid deletion requests for data processed via authorized X APIs.

TikTok

If you have interacted with The Ardunan Village via TikTok, account-level data may also be managed or deleted through TikTok’s privacy settings. The Ardunan Village will process deletion requests for data accessed through authorized TikTok APIs where applicable.

Other Platforms
For other social, content, or publishing platforms, The Ardunan Village will honor valid deletion requests for any personal data processed through authorized integrations, subject to applicable platform terms and legal requirements.


7. Confirmation

Once your request has been processed, we will notify you that deletion has been completed, subject to any lawful retention requirements.
