Andrew's writing career began unexpectedly in April 2024 when a colleague encouraged him to start blogging about leadership. What started as thirty minutes of morning writing quickly evolved into hours of content creation and ultimately led to his first book, Leading Magnanimously.

As a Chief Operations Officer and current fractional executive, Andrew specializes in helping fractured leadership teams and driving efficient use of resources. His work spans everything from business operations and scaling strategies to HR policies and organizational development.
